We allow returns within 10 days following delivery.
Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Create a Return/Exchange Request
To return an item, go to your orders history page and click on the specific order that contains the item you want to return. On the order details page, click on Request a Replacement or Refund to start the return process.
If your return is due to any reason other than receiving damaged or wrong items, you are responsible for all return shipping fees.
If the item(s) is not returned in the same condition as it was received, you may be subject to a 10% restock fee.
If you received free shipping and you are not returning damaged or wrong items, we will deduct the cost that we incurred to ship the initial package to you from your refund.
Please note that sale item(s) aren’t eligible for a refund, but can be returned for store credit or exchange.
